the kid and her fishes

I drew this just to doodle, and at first she wasn't sleeping on anything but air. Then I decided a flower. But a flower didn't work out. Then I decided fishes. Then I slapped some green on it and gave her blonde hair and decided to say its Nello. Although its.. a bit far off. ANYWAYS, then i realized it -connected- a lot with Ponyo, so maybe it's Ponyo a bit older with her hair dyed.


....I need to not have so much free time.
